It's so EASY! You can use the navigation at the left which lists our products by category. When you click on a category, you'll usually find that the category has been broken down into sub-categories which will help you pinpoint the item you are looking for more quickly. You'll find our products are categorized three different ways: by CATEGORY, such as PERFUME BOTTLES; by THEME, such as CAT; or by COLLECTION, such as WILD BRYDE JEWELRY. We also have featured products and categories on our homepage that change often. Please don’t forget to use the important links located on the green bar just below our logo! Of course, you can always do a search of our entire site using the advanced search option at the top of any page.

You DON’T need to register on our site to make a purchase, but it is recommended. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. Your account will only contain an address, email address and order history. We DO NOT store sensitive information, such as credit card numbers on our site. Placing An Order

We currently only accept secure online ordering, fax or mail orders please. Our convenient shopping cart allows you to easily add items and remove items. You can check the shipping charges after each change to the cart by entering your zip code in the shipping calculator (this only works for orders shipped within the US). For orders to CANADA, you’ll need to contact us first for shipping rates and details.

You can checkout at anytime by going to your shopping cart and clicking checkout or by clicking the checkout button located at the top of each page. During checkout, you will be redirected to a secure webpage to complete your payment information. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept VISA, MASTERCHARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER CARD, eCHECKS, PAYPAL, PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS/CASHIERS CHECKS. Payments are processed using Paypal’s secure servers, but no sensitve information is stored locally at TreasuredGiftsCollectibles.com and your credit card information is never disclosed to us. Anytime you make a purchase at TreasuredGiftsCollectibles.com you will be transferred to a secure SSL encrypted page on our site (NOT Paypal) where you can complete your payment securely. You simply input your credit card information and have the comfort of knowing that the processing is done by the leading online payment processing company. You are protected 100% of the time! REMEMBER NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE! If you do have a paypal account, you can certainly pay using the traditional method and you’ll be offered that option at checkout.

Order Confirmation

The final step in the order process. All orders submitted online are immediately confirmed via email. You will be emailed an invoice of your purchase(s), including your total. If you do not receive an email confirmation, then we did not receive your order, you have either typed in your email address on the order form incorrectly, or your spam filter is preventing the email from entering your INBOX. Please contact us if you don’t receive a confirmation email!


Shipping Fees


Shipping Details and Rates

We ship all domestic orders directly from our CENTRAL POINT, OREGON location. We DO NOT use a drop ship service for any of our items. For the best shipping service possible, we ship via THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). You can choose 1ST CLASS, PRIORITY, EXPRESS or PARCEL POST. All shipments include a delivery confirmation tracking number. Orders $100.00 and under will receive FREE insurance. Insurance is optional for orders over $100.00 and is paid by the customer. We currently only ship within the UNITED STATES and CANADA. If you are an international buyer interested in purchasing from us, we can usually make an exception and ship to you. Please contact us first and provide information on which item(s) you want to purchase and we will provide a shipping fee quote. Canada and all other international orders are subject to different rates than listed on our site.

We have tried to simplify our rates. We feel flat rate fees are the most fair to our customers, whether you’re located in CA or NY. Actual USPS shipping charges are often HIGHER than the charges we have listed. Actual USPS shipping charges are based on the origin zip code, and then a combination of the destination zip code and the package's actual weight. See table below for our current shipping rates. In most cases, we don’t charge for handling.

Shipping Time

Shipping normally takes 2-8 days depending upon your location and which service you chose. Please allow 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing (not including actual ORDER DATE) from receipt of your credit card, eCHECK or money order payment. Check payments are subject to a clearance period of 7-10 days from date of receipt before shipment will commence.

If you need your package within a specific of amount of time, please email us with the details, so we can assist you.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: Our prices for "next day" shipping is called Express Mail and it is NOT next day to all locations! For some locations, it will be 2ND DAY delivery. If you need GUARANTEED NEXT DAY delivery, please email us for a quote.**

Returns and Exchanges


Our Return Policy

Each of our products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back! Simply return the item(s) within 30 days from the date it was received and we will refund the purchase price. If there was a manufacturer's defect with the item(s), then the entire cost of the item(s), plus shipping charges will be refunded, or you may also choose for us to replace and ship a new item(s). If you simply changed your mind or did not like the item(s), ONLY the price of the item(s) will be refunded. Please be sure to keep all products boxes and the box the order came in, until you are sure that you are keeping the item(s). Below are the simple set of guidelines we ask of you to ensure your return process is easy and prompt:

  • Send us a brief email stating why you are returning the item(s)
  • Return the item(s) in the same product box and shipping box they came in
  • Include a copy of the original invoice or the order number
  • Returns should have tracking number and insurance and be shipped via USPS
  • All returned items must be in their original condition with tags still attached

When will my credit card be refunded for my return?

Once your package has been received at TreasuredGiftsCollectibles.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Despite our efforts to synchronize our inventory across all sales channels, some items that appear on this site may occasionally be out of stock. Should your order include an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours and refund the amount back to your account. We will also notify you of the item’s future availability. If you did see an item that was listed on our site, but it’s not currently listed, that means it is most likely backordered. If you would like to be added to a waitlist for an item(s), please contact us via email with the details.
